    Separate pocket money from business money. Keep each currency apart: CDF, USD, EUR.

    Daily routines

    Cash closing, stock and receivables tracking with the KOBETA book.

  3. Step 03

    Profitability & margins

    Work out the real unit cost and gross margin, and set a fair price.

  4. Step 04

    Fundability & outlook

    Build a clean financial file for partners, banks or microfinance institutions.

Workshop example: braiding in Bandal, 40,000 CDF including a 10,000 CDF deposit and 9,000 CDF of costs. What the client still owes: 30,000 CDF. Contribution margin: 31,000 CDF, before fixed costs and paying yourself.
