These terms govern the use of Kobeta, a simplified financial management tool for entrepreneurs.
Purpose of the service
Kobeta lets you record transactions (sales, services, deposits, receivables, costs, inventory), view management indicators and use an entry-assistance copilot.
Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Team access is granted by the business owner.
Free use and changes
Use is free for independent entrepreneurs as of the date of these terms. Any future paid offer will be announced in advance. [TO COMPLETE: pricing terms, if any]
Prohibited use
Entering third-party data without authorisation, attempting to bypass data isolation, or using the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Liability
Kobeta is a management aid and does not replace an accountant, tax adviser or financial institution. See the Financial and AI Disclaimer.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by writing to hello@kobeta.africa. Kobeta may suspend an account in case of misuse.
Governing law and disputes
